Digital Goods Waiver

CSV Rescue Kit is delivered as a direct digital download. Under EU consumer protection law, by proceeding with the purchase and initiating the download, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

Because the product is a standalone digital file that cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are considered final.

Exceptions

We want you to be satisfied. If you encounter a critical technical failure preventing the tool from opening, or if the file provided is demonstrably corrupt, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will attempt to resolve the issue. If the technical failure cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
