By purchasing and downloading the CSV Rescue Kit, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the software or its source code.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Francosol be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

Data Privacy

CSV Rescue Kit operates entirely locally within your web browser. Francosol does not collect, process, or store any of the CSV data you input into the tool. All data remains on your local machine.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
